Learn how to make soap using pure oils and sodium hydroxide. Diane will provide a short history and explain the advantages of homemade soap, then guide you in making pure soap with your choice of color and scent. You will measure your quality oils, including Shea and Cocoa butter. Upon completion, you will leave with 16 oz of soap ready to cut into bars the next day and online recipes and resources to continue making soap at home.

What to bring: Each participant must bring a hand towel and a small box to wrap the soap in for 24 hours. You will unwrap and cut your soaps at home the next day.

How to book: Email or call Diane and arrange a time and date that works for your group. The class lasts approximately 3-4 hours and costs $75 per person. An invoice will be sent to the party's arranger, and a 25% non-refundable deposit must be paid to secure the booking. Participants may also pay for the class in person on the day of the class.

Learning to make lotion is fun and easy!  In this class, you will measure your oils and blend your rich moisturizing body lotion.  Then choose a scent from over 45 essential and fragrance oils or make your unique blend.  You will leave with 8 oz. of lotion and a recipe to make lotion at home.

This one-of-a-kind experience makes a great birthday party for adults, a ladies night out, or a couple's Northwest date night.  Email Diane using the contact info above to arrange a date and time that works for your group.  Due to setup, time, and expense, we need to have a minimum of three people to hold a class and the most we can accommodate is 12.
